1.) Dead Bird is a UK screamo act with a heavy post-rock style sound mixed with spoken word interludes. Their first album released in 2022 called In the Absence Of was meant to be a cathartic expression and mutual bonding experience over their grief and loss, particularly of vocalist Thomas Wagstaff who lost his mother. Also among the band members is drummer Chris Collis who is noted for being a member of the UK math rock band TTNG (This Town Needs Guns).
