Dead 27s began with former members of the Charleston based band The Freeloaders. Today, they're quickly gaining popularity with their musicianship and a return to the vintage sound of yesteryear with new originals. Dead 27s rekindles the spirit of music from the late 60s and early 70s and cites this as their influence in their original music and in their shows. Look for the band to be sharing the bill with some of the best bands around.
