Somewhere deep in South Philadelphia during the blustery month of February 2007, Dark Horse & the Carousels emerged. Building upon the histrionic reputation built over two years of previous musical collaborations, Joseph Kusy, Vincent Alvare and Evan Klinefelter began exploring a different realm of glorious noise.
