Most notably, Daniel Brummel is the bassist and vocalist for Ozma. He's also worked with The Elected as their studio bassist (appearing live when possible). He has put out solo records, both under his own name and under the name Daniel Brummel and the Contraband (the latter being specific to his more electronic sequence based recordings). He co-fronted the folk band Monstro with his long time friend Ezra Buchla (most notably of The Mae Shi) and also provided vocals and instrumentation for the short-lived rock band Gone with the Ghosts.
