Damian Brell is a New Zealand born musician, arranger and producer. He began playing the piano when he was six, eventually going on to study several other instruments including percussion, drums and pipe organ. He attended Wellington College and read music at Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in composition. It was during this time he began formative work as a conductor and music director.
