Cure For Caska began as the self-recorded solo project of Matthew Hayes. Fresh off the break up of a previous band in which he played bass and sang backing vocals, Matthew set out to start a new project as the primary songwriter and singer. He began playing and recording songs that he had written during his late adolescence to the transition of early adulthood. With 6 songs written and arranged, he set out find his band.
