1. Commuter is an indie/post punk band from Athens, Greece. They started as the musical project of Dionysis Koutavas (vocals/guitar) in Athens during 2019. Initially inspiration was drawn from the post-punk sounds of the Canadian scene (Women, Preoccupations) as well as the new wave of UK (Shame, Squid) among others. In October 2021 the project finally became a full band with the addition of Dimitris Koutsoulis (drums), Spilios Kakkas (bass) and Alexandros Kolokythas (guitar).
