Lillehammerband startet i 1993, med eks Mayhem- og Within Range-vokalist Billy (Eirik Nordheim) på vokal og bass. De debuterte med sin engelskinspirerte «party-pønk» i 1995. Ga ut Going Underground, en seksspors CD i 1996, og splitt-singlen «Machine Gun Girl» sammen med Skanksters i 1998. I 2001 varmet de opp for UK Subs på So What!, og i 2003 deltok de på Tromsøs pønkfestival Fucking North Pole festival.
