Long-time friends Kendall Parchman and Katie Stack recruited guitarists Trent Henry and Bianca Barcenas, as well as drummer Erol Hasanof and bassist Bryan Lesser, to form the band that would become Cloud Houses in 2019. Parchman and Stack are both multi-instrumentalists and serve as co-front persons. After rehearsing and writing for several months, the COVID-19 pandemic put their plans for live shows on hold. In that time they decided to focus on recording, resulting in their first batch of DIY-produced tracks, due out in Febrary 2021.
