Clara Berry is a young singer-songwriter pianist and female vocalist whose music spans the genres of folk and jazz. Her piano stylings are creative and down-tempo. She issued her first album Wave in 2009, with cover art by Lydia Berry. Some of her songs, including "Old Man River" and "Motherless Child" are loosely based on traditional songs but melodically and rhythmically altered. The lyrics she writes are reflective and poetic.
