Circus Praha was Czech rock band, formed in middle of 90's in Prague, Czech Republic (surprisingly), where an American writer/singer/guitarist Bradley Stratton has been living for a couple of years. Also other great musicians played in the band like Honza Ponocný (guitar) or Petr Mašek (bass) or Tomáš Brožek (drums).
