Cidadão Quem is a Brazilian rock band formed in the late 80s in the city of Porto Alegre. Originally, it was formed by Cau Hafner (drums), Duca Leindecker (Lead Vocal and Guitars/Keyboard) and Luciano Leindecker (Bass).
