Chris Whiteley (born in Kansas, emigrated to Toronto as a teenager) is an American-born Canadian multi-instrumentalist and occasional producer who plays guitar, pedal steel, trumpet and harmonica. He has played with Leon Redbone, Amos Garrett, Cindy Church, Penny Lang, The BeBop Cowboys, Lunch at Allen's, and many others. He has also recorded with Canadian electric blues Diana Braithwaite as Braithwaite & Whiteley.
