"In the sleepy college town of Newark, DE, ChaseHer emerged from the ashes of a solo project helmed by singer/songwriter Cary McCartin. After touring colleges in the Northeast, McCartin teamed up with an old high school friend, guitarist Mike Bleinberger, and friend, drummer Andrew Kerstetter, to add more depth and sonic force to his soulful acoustic ballads. Their music fused the pop sensibility of Counting Crows and Maroon 5 with the understated emotion of Graham Colton.
