Charley Horse is an all-star cowpunk outfit 12 years in the making! Originally started by Sean "The Captain" Wheeler and Scott "Chopper" Franklin, the project was shelved when Wheeler set off on his sailor punk expedition that is Throw Rag and Chopper joined The Cramps.
