Broken Hearts Are Blue are a Mod / Punk band which was first on the now defunct record label "Caulfield Records" and now record on the 581015 DK label. In 1996 they released their first album "Truth About Love" which mixed mod, punk, emo and post-hardcore in 1996. It was re-released under the repeater label in September 2015. Unexpectedly, the band released a new record in 2020 called "Goodbye Bunny Smith" and their third album in 2021 "Dark Whimsy and Soft Surrealism".
