Brogan Kelby is an eighteen-year-old alternative/rock/pop artist from Utah. His debut album "Sky Lights" was released in late 2011 and features tracks produced by Branden Steineckert of Rancid (formerly of The Used). Branden is also featured in Brogan's recently released second music video "Who Cares." The video was filmed at Asylum 49 and The Complex and produced by Rusty Sessions and Sidewinder Media.
