Bitter Grace is a Manhattan gothic rock band from New York City, formed in 1985. They are known for theatrical live performances, and have recently performed at CBGB's and other famous clubs. Their 1997 debut release, "God and the Abyss" possesses a gothic rock sound, while their subsequent release, "Shimmer" in 2005, ventured into a more EBM/industrial direction.
