Between the Devil and the Deep were an Australian post-hardcore band based in Sydney, New South Wales. The band's final line-up consisted of vocalist Jay Gleeson (also of Epics), bassist/vocalist Dave Drayton (also of zzzounds and formerly of Milhouse and Euripides Berserker), guitarists Tim George & Matt Hermanns and drummer Damien Elliott. The band formed in 2005, and released their debut EP the following year. Minor and sporadic releases would follow, including a seven-inch, a single and a split EP.
