Belle Academe Concert History

Belle Academe are an American alternative rock group who were best known for winning the MTV Under the Radar contest in 1999, in which 20 videos by unsigned acts were voted on by online viewers to be added into the MTV rotation for the period of one month. Despite the fact the fact that several bands who would later become famous - including Chevelle, Fear Factory and H20 - submitted videos, Belle Academe's "Christine's White Noise" won by an overwhelming majority. The band released only one album - "Shimmer" - in 1999.
