Becky Sharp Concert History

From Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA, Becky Sharp formed in 1994 and initially released their debut album on the local independent Chemical City Records. The band used it primarily as a marketing tool to get bookings in other regions, but it also served to attract the attention of Mike Jacobs, who signed the band as the first group on his new Way Cool Music label, a subsidiary of MCA Records. Christopher Benton (guitar), Chris Wynn (bass) and John Kaufman (drums) were all formerly members of Girl Scout Heroin.
