Bateau Lavoir is an art collective from Belgium whose live performances mix improvisational music, and video. There music is a mixture of performance art, experimental jazz, noise, electronic ambience, and doses of psychedelia. Their recorded collaborations include Archie Shepp, and André Goudbeek.
