Band in Box is Siri af Burén, a clarinet, two guitars, a ukulele, a piano, a melodica, some glockenspiel, a blue egg, a tambourine, a flute, a trumpet, a violin, a chinese miniature piano and a toolbox. Band in Box was originally formed in 2003 in Malmö, Sweden by Siri af Burén and Elin Alvehag. Elin left the band in 2006 and Siri decided to take the project to an entirely new level. Her debut full-length album, This Fiction, is set to be released in June 2008 on Stereo Test Kit Records.
