Argenis Brito was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Since early age showed remarkable interest on music , at the age of 7 studied piano for 4 years and at the age of 13 was already enrolled as a singer, in a popular boy group in Venezuela that became very well know in the early 80's in Latin America and the U.S. In 1985 formed his first band called "WAG", where he played the bass, did backing vocals and wrote the music together with his former partner G.
