Ao is a singer-songwriter from Japan, born May 2006. She plays the piano, guitar, ukulele, various percussion instruments, and is proficient with Logic Pro. She made her major debut in September 2021 at 15 years old with the song "Tag", and in January 2022 was selected by Spotify as one of the "Radar:Early Noise 2022" next generation artists. Ao aims to create music that captures the realistic nature of everyday life through lyrics and overlay them on a variety of melodies, ranging from uplifting tones to heavy beats.
