Anne Linnet (born on 30 July 1953 in Aarhus, Denmark) is a Danish musician and songwriter. She has released several solo albums and has also been a member of several bands, including Tears (1972-1974), Shit & Chanel (1973-1982), Anne Linnet Band (1980-1982), Anne Linnet & Marquis de Sade (1983-1986; 2002), and Linnet/Salomonsen (1984-1990). Considered one of Denmark's most significant musicians, she has worked within a wide range of genres throughout her career.
