Alasdair MacLean is the lead vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter of the British band The Clientele. Born in 1974 in Aberdeen, Scotland, Maclean graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Literature from Edinburgh University before forming the band. He currently lives in London. MacLean is also a fine art painter.
