Akram Abdulfattah is a Palestinian-American musician born in New Jersey, United States . Akram began studying percussion at a local Conservatory when he was six years old. At the age of 10 , he began studying classical violin with Stella Shternberg, then went on to study at the Beit-Almusica Conservatory with the musician Kamil Shajrawi. After graduating from Beit-Almusica with excellence in 2008, Akram started studying for his first degree at the Jerusalem Academy for Music and Dance
