When the guys in Airdate aren't on the beaches of Long Island, they take the stage for fun.. Their adventure began in a basement in East Moriches, NY, when Doug Del Gaudio and Stephen Forys started playing cover songs for friends and winning talent shows at their local high school. Once graduation hit, Doug went to college and put music on the backburner. "It was always in my heart (music), I just knew going to school, being a teacher, and having a great career was the right way to go.
