Mr. Israel was raised by ravens in a broken clock tower. He spent his youth building noise-machines out of sprockets and do-dads, and reacting equally to the world. When he was able, he flew to another nest, wounding his wing in a scuffle with a small engine Cessna on route to Barbados. With his red wing he wrote sad tunes of the sky and the sea; waiting for the break to heal. Some time later a low pressure system brought him back to his friends who had grown with him from an outward trajectory, figuring they would meet in the middle.
