Early 2005 A.D.-Action Friend is formed in glorious Northwest Denver. After months of courting each other via e-mail, founding members Paul Alexander, Don White Jr. and Jeremy McLean meet to play for the first time. Drawing from many diverse influences, the sound they forge becomes "somewhat schizophrenic." Peaks of roaring noise meet valleys of subtle ambience and everything else in-between. Styles that should have no business together are forced to coexist and work.
