ACHB (technically short for Alex and the Christopher Hale Band, though don’t call them that) is the East Midlands’ number 1 New Wave Pub Rock band. Drawing from a decade-spanning back catalogue of over 200 DIY bedroom pop songs (though they’ll probably only play 7 or 8 of them at any given gig), they supplement timidity with tenacity, presenting fast-paced and high-energy musical tributes to troublesome housemates, unhelpful prophetic dreams and the concept of death.
