Killer hardcore band from Southern California formed in 1998; featuring Issac Golub (x- A Chorus of Disapproval) on vocals, Mike Heartsfield (x- Outspoken) on guitar;and Steve Larson (x- Insted) on drums. The name is shortened from the actual name Amendment Eighteen which comes from the Eighteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
