A Day Less is a Progressive Metal band from Willington, Connecticut. The music of A Day Less is inspired by the concept of anger applied as a constructive emotion. They've had many line-up changes since their formation in 2001, but have now settled into a concrete line-up with the sound they've been desiring to create.
