40 Watt Bulb Concert History

40 Watt Bulb hails from Silver Creek, Minnesota, in between St. Cloud and Minneapolis. Centered around Drew Peterson (vocals, guitar) and BJ Haldy (guitar, banjo), the band plays a brand of folk rock that draws comparisons to Tom Waits because of Peterson's raw, whiskey-soaked voice. They released a 4-song EP, "Adds a Touch of Style to Any Room," in 2003, and released their first full-length album, "Shovel's Length Short" through Aquariam Records in 2005.
