"Breaking Colts...tearing flesh back to death-white bone. Heavy hair, inaudible mumbles, fuzzy bass plunges, ovarian jazz! I'm pinned down by bizarre metaphors, rushing in through the spaces in their music. The bassist's thigh-bone, clad in black denim, is the loudest symbol. Everything onstage is amplified, even the final splintering of drumsticks. BC like 10,000 BC."
