SHOW STARTS - 10:30pm Seating not guaranteed past this time, no refund due to late arrival. Please let us know BEFORE door open time if you anticipate late arrival.
SITTING WITH ANOTHER GROUP?
If you are planning to sit with another group, please reply to this email with the first and last name of the group name you wish to join. Without advance notice we cannot guarantee seating groups together that purchased tickets separately.
PARKING: We recommend parking at the State Street Capitol Garage or Overture Center Garage .
IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION:
Two-beverage minimum per person in showroom. Non-alcoholic beverage menu available. Beverage bills distributed after the show, gratuity is NOT included. Please note beverages purchased at the bar do NOT count towards the two-beverage minimum in the showroom. All tickets are will-call only. This means your tickets will be available at the podium under ticket purchase name starting at door time. ID required to claim tickets. Please call or email if name of person redeeming tickets is different from person who purchased tickets. Tickets NOT guaranteed after showtime. NO refund for seats lost due to late arrival. Please call 608-256-0099 to notify the club of late arrival, we will do the best we can to accommodate but there is no guarantee. Seating is first come first serve. The earlier you arrive the more options you will have. SHOW RULES:
NO Devices of any Kind All cell phones must be turned off and put away during show. No texting, tweeting or snap chatting. NO Recording or Pictures Recording and picture taking is prohibited out of respect for the performers. NO Heckling the Comedians Heckling leads to immediate ejection. All customers paid to see the comedian perform, not you! Heckling is a disturbance and effects the quality of the show. NO Table Talk Out of respect for the comics on stage and people around you please keep all table talk to a minimum. This rule is strictly enforced. After 1 warning you will be asked to leave the showroom without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who we feel are overly intoxicated with no refund. Please drink responsibly.
