PURCHASED ONLY ONE TICKET?
If you purchased one ticket and don't plan on sitting with another reservation, please reply to this email telling us you are either a "solo" or a "single" ticket so we may plan ahead for seating. If you've already noted this on your reservation you do not need to contact us.

COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS

For the safety of our customers and staff, please do not attend if any of the following pertain to you:

Experiencing flu like symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, or shortness of breath.
You may have been exposed to COVID-19
Have traveled in the past 2 weeks

For Guests:

Guests are required to wear masks for entry. Masks must be worn at all times at the venue, except when taking a sip from a beverage at your table. You must remask after sipping.
Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout the building. Frequent hand washing or sanitizing is recommended.
Seating capacity in the showroom is limited per Madison and Dane county guidelines. Tables are placed a minimum of 6 feet apart. All patrons seated together must be members of the same household.
Menus are disposed of after each show and replaced with new ones between shows.
Showroom, bathrooms and lobby will be fully sanitized before, during and after all shows.
For Staff:

All staff have received proper training on the required procedures and practices to maintain a safe environment.
A pre-shift health check will be performed on all staff prior to events including a health screening and questionnaire.
Staff members are required to wear masks and gloves.
Any staff who feels ill or may have been exposed to Covid will be required to stay home until cleared.
PARKING: We recommend parking at the State Street Capitol Garage or Overture Center Garage.

IMPORTANT SHOW INFORMATION
All tickets are will-call only.
This means your tickets will be available at the podium under ticket purchase name starting at door time, please have a photo ID ready. No physical tickets are available for pick up in advance.
No Carry-Ins. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue.
No Large Bags or Backpacks.
Two-beverage minimum per person in showroom.
Non-alcoholic beverage menu available. Beverage bills distributed after the show, gratuity is NOT included. Please note beverages purchased at the bar do NOT count towards the two-beverage minimum in the showroom.
ID required to claim tickets.
Please call or email if name of person redeeming tickets is different from person who purchased tickets.
Tickets NOT guaranteed after showtime.
NO refund for seats lost due to late arrival. Please call 608-256-0099 to notify the club of late arrival, we will do the best we can to accommodate but there is no guarantee.
Seating is first come first serve.
The earlier you arrive the more options you will have.

SHOW RULES:

NO Heckling the Comedians
Heckling leads to immediate ejection. All customers paid to see the comedian perform, not you! Heckling is a disturbance and affects the quality of the show.
NO Table Talk
Out of respect for the comics on stage and people around you please keep all table talk to a minimum. This rule is strictly enforced. After 1 warning you will be asked to leave the showroom without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who we feel are overly intoxicated with no refund. Please drink responsibly.
