Journey opened up the show It was Journey's first time playng on the East Coast and preceded the recording of their first album which didnt come out until the following year. Classic Aerosmith performance as they promoted the release of their 3rd album Toys in The Attic. Steve Tyler and Joe Perry in great form, as they spun through their standards Drem on, Train Kept a Rollin and Seasons of Wither. Ticket prices for general admission were around $.

Ticket prices were around $5-$6. Open floor general admission seating allowed us to get right up front in a sea of humanity. It was my very first concert and the experience got me hooked on live music. Great show.
