1st row in front of Gene! Got to go backstage and meet the "original" members. I was just 7 and Gene scared me with his hair all matted in blood on his face. (I was in there before the "women" went in) Peter Criss gave me a drum stick, Paul Stanley gave me a pick, so did Ace Frehley, then Paul brought me one of Gene's picks. Every time Gene took one of those big scary steps toward me I would take a step back. (I believe he was playing a game with me) He was and still is my favorite, but to a 7 year old he was too much! I begged my Uncle to get me backstage at 16, but it never happened lol
