Sandi is doing exactly what she said she would not do: keep on singing well past her vocal prime. As a result she speak sings, sings songs in different keys and all kinds of tricks to try and make it. When she does open up it's very heavy and a very wide vibrato. This is due to the natural aging of the voice. I'm sorry she feels she still needs to keep on performing when she is not at her best.
