Killing Joke ist die Lieblingsband aller Lieblingsbands. Keine Grunge-Größe und nur wenige Metaller, die sich nicht auf die Briten beziehen würden. Ziemlich viele Indie-Rocker und selbst etliche Electronica-Jünger beziehen sich direkt auf die Songs und die Urgewalt dieser Band. Der prägende Gesangsstil von Frontmann Jaz Coleman, die brachiale Gewalt ihrer Live-Auftritte, der neuartige Sound, den die Briten geprägt haben. Im Oktober kommen Killing Joke im Rahmen ihrer Welttournee zum 40-jährigen-Jubiläum auch zu uns auf Tour und präsentieren noch einmal die größten Hits wie „Love Like Blood“, die obskursten Songs, die jüngsten Knaller und überhaupt Stücke aus allen Schaffensperioden.
