I remember watching the guy stab nimself many times and the the security guards wants no part. Waited until LAPD came. I later read that he is a country music fan and that he didn’t even like The Cure. He wanted to impress a girl and when he looked in the newspaper the biggest event going on was the Cure concert. I was so disturbing that there was just a sense of shock through the crowd. I honestly don’t remember a damn thing about the concert. And I’m pretty sure that the crazy guy DIDN’T get the girl!

I was there with my GF. We were in an upper level and couldn’t tell if it was real at first (the stabbing). There was a lot of blood.

First time I saw the The Cure. I remember the guy stabbing himself and LA's Finest taking him down with a couple of folded chairs...
