Location:

Notes:

An absolutely massive concert/music experience. Opening act? Todd Rundgren and the Happy People. Never heard of him but I laid witness to a nascent musical genius go through his Happy People act with the Clown Makeup and All, but then when the rest of that band left the stage, Todd came over to the edge of the stage lugging an Akai Reel to Reel which he turned on and proceeded to sing Hello, It's Me and Saw the Light In Your Eyes.
Dr John followed Todd and I've never seen anything as chilling as the visage of Malcolm John Rebennack Jr, outfitted in his most voodoo best. He shuffled across the stage and I swear it was 5 minutes weird, suspect mojo dance. Dr John made a big impression on this 17 yo budding rock star. Finally to close the show Alice Cooper with the original Alice Cooper Band bigger than life. Those three musical acts became all time favorites.
