This show actually got bad reviews in the Star Tribune. I thought he kicked butt. His voice was great, very powerful still and he stood up there for hours, singing, without relying on a lot of chatter and storytelling to pad the time. He sang long and he sang well. I think it’s pretty pathetic when people knock an old man’s performance because he’s not dancing and performing tricks while he sings for them. This was an excellent show and I’d go see him again.
