[show #136] Rob Zombie kicked ass as usual. John 5 also played a long solo, finishing with his mouth-The Star Spangled Banner. Manson came out to sing a duo of Helter Skelter, by The Beatles. We were so close to the front that we could almost touch Rob when he stood on the guard rail. Manson was also great. I expected him to be kind of a dick, but he was really cool and having a good time. At one point, shot a wad of real $100 bills into the crowd. I didn't get any. I didn't think I'd care for P.O.D, but they were real good, amping up the crowd and getting the mosh pits going along with endless waves of crowd surfers. We Came As Romans were good-sadly, Kyle Pavone, the lead singer, died of an accidental drug overdose a month later on August 25-RIP. The other bands were good, but forgettable. Maybe if I see them again.
