This was just 25 days after Kurt Cobain's death. Everyone was wondering if he was going to do Smells Like Nirvana or not. The regular set ended with Achy Breaky Song. House lights stayed dark, and we were screaming for an encore. It was still pitch black when we heard Al say over the PA, "This next number is respectfully dedicated to the late Kurt Cobain"....he busted into the song and the crowd went absolutely insane. Goosebump moment....
