Day 1 of Firefly with Ava! Took a long time to get in so missed the first couple bands we wanted to see
Smallpools (just me): great pop show and the crowd was very excited - 4.5/5
Jade Bird: I just saw her when passing by and she sounds great - good country/pop sound - 4/5
Lil Wayne - Ava went and I just listened - seemed pretty bad to me...
Betty Who: super fun show with great performance and dancers
The killers: We saw my friend (and MGMT) manager Mark Kates on the plane down and exchanged cell numbers. He reached out right before the killers went on to say he could get us backstage. We then got to go up to the raised platform to the right of the stage to watch the show. What an incredible experience. It was like seeing a private show just for us, with 50,000 other folks in attendance. Only downside was that I danced so hard that Ava (and the attendant) thought I was going to bring the platform down! 5+/5
