Because of a thunderstorm with strong winds, a lot of rain and hail on Friday, June 24, Queens Of The Stone Age and Nine Inch Nails couldn't perform. Because of the storm a part of the stage construction was let down and crushed a few of Trent Reznor's (NIN) guitars. Reznor later claimed online, his gear hat been destroyed by crew members of the German band Die Toten Hosen. Die Toten Hosen and some media on the other hand said that festival security members were responsible for the "accident".
