A squall came through dumped a lot of rain when Fleetwood Mac was performing. They retreated until it passed. Because it was a torrential downpour the sun cover gave in the middle and created a trough that poured the water all over the already soaked people on the field. It came and went so quickly it wasn't long before the stagehands had the sun cover fixed and Fleetwood Mac returned to the stage. Was in the navy at the time and traveled in a 4 car caravan of sailors and civilians from Jacksonville FL. Such great memories!
